Global One Hotel Group, Inc. ("GOHGI") was incorporated in the Philippines on May 4, 2015, to operate and manage hotels across key destinations. GOHGI has been designated by the Developers of the Condominium-Hotel Projects to serve as Lessee, which shall enter into Rental Pool Agreements or Lease Agreements with buyers of the condominium units in the Projects.
