GLOBAL ONE HOTEL GROUP, INC. (the “Company”) was incorporated under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines on May 4, 2015.
The Company is a domestic corporation primarily engaged in the business of operating and managing hotels.
The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Oceanic Realty Group Int’l Inc. (the parent company or Oceanic). Oceanic is a wholly owned subsidiary of First Centro, Inc. (First Centro), while Alliance Global Group, Inc. (AGI) is the Company’s ultimate parent company. AGI is a publicly -listed company in the Philippines.
The Company has been designated by the Developers of the Projects to serve as Lessee, which shall enter into Rental Pool Agreements or Lease Agreements with buyers of the condominium units in the Projects.
The Projects being managed by the Company as lessees of the condominium hotel units pooled together to be operated as hotel rooms are developed by the following entities, as described below:
